Shipping policy

This is to state that www.eco-gadget.com (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

​Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

​For all local/ U.A.E based orders above the amount of AED 500 in a single invoice Eco-gadget.com (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC) provides Free Delivery to the customer.

Express Delivery charges are extra and applicable for every order, unless mentioned otherwise.

​For all International Deliveries/ outside of the U.A.E (for applicable countries) there will be a charge which will be calculated based on the applicable courier charges and shared with the client before confirming the delivery by Eco-gadget.com (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC)

​For International deliveries (for applicable countries), customer will be responsible for any taxes or customs duty that might be applicable based on their country’s rules and regulations.
