Refund policy

All items purchased from Eco-Gadget.com (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC) are accepted for an exchange or return on the following conditions:

a. If the product received by you is in damaged condition or its packing is damaged

b. If the product received by you does not match the model number in your order

c. If the product is not working and/or does not work under normal usage conditions

Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The exchange or return will be processed at the sole discretion of Eco-gadget.com.

We only replace items if there is any manufacturing fault or dead on arrival case from the manufacturer within 7 days of invoice date only. You are requested to send us an email at contact@eco-gadget.com and send your item to: ECO GADGET (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC), 117, Building 4, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Incase of return shipping cost borne by us, if applicable, it will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, please contact us for more information. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

To initiate a refund order we request you to send us pictures of the product received by you, e.g. Product not as per description, or product received with damaged packaging or product is not working. We will communicate to you within 48 hours on initiating the product return to us. Only ship back the product once we have sent you a return approval email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Important: Refunds will be done only to the Original Mode of Payment, or at the discretion of Eco-Gadget.com, as may be applicable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@eco-gadget.com and we will shared the recommended process for exchange. Once the exchange is approved by us, you will need to ship back your item to: ECO GADGET.COM (a unit of SRK ONLINE FZ LLC), 117, Building 4, DMC, Dubai Media City, PO BOX 502401, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item over AED 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during return of item.

Please allow between 5-7 working days for us to arrange shipment of exchanged product.

If for some reason, beyond our control, same product or model, is not available in stock, or is discontinued by manufacturer, we will inform you and suggest options and try to exchange with similar product having similar features, etc.
